Using Find & Replace To Made You Work Be Easy!!

While we wanted to replace a word with it on many coloum , it will taken time to replace it by one by one .
But with this function just one click excel will help you replace all the same word in 1 time.

Find the word you want to replace , in here we want to change "Tree" to "Red"

Click the "Find" Button On "Ribbon" and choose the find function .

In here Type the word you want to "find" for replace after click on the "Replace" Tab and type the word you wanna replace on the "replace with" box.

Now just click the Replace All / Replace button to replace by 1 or all , after the excel will help you replace it , and will pop-out a message say all data has been replace .

Now You work has been done , check all the data with "Tree" has been replace to "red" .
